Substitution Policy

Even while we constantly make an effort to provide the flowers and color of your choice, there are occasions when we are unable to meet your request due to seasonal variation and availability. Because we create our arrangements the day of delivery and receive fresh flowers every day, we occasionally find that our suppliers were unable to fulfill our desired order on the morning of delivery.

When we have to make significant substitutions in these circumstances, we try to contact you to ask if a change in flower type or color is okay. If it isn’t, as long as you contact us before your order is loaded onto our drivers’ trucks for delivery, we will be pleased to provide a complete refund or make arrangements for the delivery of a different flower arrangement. Before the delivery is made, if we don’t hear back from you, we’ll assume that you’ve agreed to the adjustments in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We recognize how important it is to send the product that was selected, so we have set up processes to make substitution rare and are always working to minimise it.

Damaged Flowers

Sometimes, despite our best efforts, flowers are harmed when they are delivered to their intended location. Please get in touch with us straight away if this occurs so we can arrange a replacement or refund. (Be advised that it could be necessary to return the original item; in that event, our driver will be sent to collect it so we can examine it).

Alcohol

You must be an adult (18 years of age or older) and there must be an adult present to take the delivery if you decide to include alcohol with your order. The couriers are unable to leave alcohol alone or with anyone who is under the age of 18, so please make sure someone will be present to receive the delivery.
