Botanical name: Areca Dypsis Lutescens.

Nickname: Areca Palm, Bamboo Palm, Golden Cane Palm, Yellow Palm and Butterfly Palm.

Plant type: indoor.

Watering Instructions: Areca palm require watering around once every week to once every ten days in the fall and winter, and more frequently in the spring and summer.

Light Conditions: Areca Palm love light and can even tolerate some direct sunlight.For proper growth, put the Areca palm close to a west or south-facing window. If your Areca Palm doesn't get enough sunlight, the leaves will turn yellow and start to wrinkle.

Plant height (including pot): 120-130cm.

Get the Big Areca plant delivered to your doorstep. This  fast-growing palm will make any place in your house look like a tropical paradiseareas because of its gorgeous appearance and ease of care. The Areca Palm prefers bright indirect sunlight, no low-light or direct sunlight. It will require watering around once every week to once every ten days in the fall and winter, and more frequently in the spring and summer. Like many other palms, Areca Palms prefer moist soil, but they are sensitive to overwatering and cannot tolerate being waterlogged or sitting in a water-saturated potting mix. Therefore, between waterings, allow  the soil to dry out.
